When looking for a new boat we chose Surtees due to their quality and reputation, as we were looking for a family boat that would last throughout the years. It was evident early on that we had made the right decision as Isabell and the Surtees team made the process so easy and their customer service was second to none. We received excellent communication from Isabell throughout the process, from the initial enquiry right through to the end of the boat build and beyond. The regular updates during the build process were amazing and it was exciting to see our new boat come together. At the end of the build we had an epic new boat but also a new Surtees family.

I have recently bought a Surtees 540 and what amazing service I had from start to finish.

I was on a tight budget and Isabell helped me make it work, we sat down looking at what I could afford and what would be easiest to add later on all within my budget. While the boat was being built I had lots of questions and Isabell always picked up the phone and answered any questions I had. Also while the boat was being built I was shown photos of the process from start to finish! This was very exciting! Not only was it a great service but the boat was built a month before the date it was scheduled! And this gave me the opportunity to take it out on the long weekend. I was also helped with insurance for my boat that got me out on the water quicker. I have to say Surtees are an amazing team that made my dreams come true. So I would like to thank everyone that took part in putting together my boat and I will hopefully see some of you at the Surtees annual fishing comp. Cheers!

So stoked with my new 650 Game Fisher. I ended up dealing direct with Surtees and I can only say it was an awesome experience. From the first point of contact with Isabell I was made to feel like more than just another customer. No matter what my question or request was Isabell came back with an answer in no time. Right throughout the build process we were kept up to date with progress photos and that made the wait so much easier. Finally got to put faces to a few names at the boat show and it was like talking to an old friend. The build began before the scheduled date and was delivered ahead of time. To cap it all off the boat looks amazing with all the extras I went for.

Isabelle and the team have done a superb job of our family 610 GF. Would very much recommend An amazing boat that you feel super confident behind the helm of.

First time buying a boat and wanted one that I could manage myself but also take family and friends out when required. Did a fair bit of online research, talked to a few companies. Bought a new Surtees 575 Hardtop, I think it is just such a well thought out piece of equipment. Glad I bought the hardtop, like the extra protection, comfort and staying dry, (since I used to be jet skier). Enjoying sailing it, handles conditions really well, is very easy to manage. It’s a major investment but feel I have made the right choice. Just fitted a Garmin Kraken trolling motor that works well and is certainly powerful enough, also have a Scotty Downrigger, so I have all bases covered for all sorts of fishing for future enjoyment. Team at Surtees were really helpful, made it easy and have been great to deal with.

Picked up my new 610 from Isabell at Surtees Tauranga. The boat looked awesome! Surtees have been great to deal with. Lots of updates and attention to detail. The folding canopy allows me to fit into a tight boat shed and the 150Merc will give me years of reliable service. Looking forward to the sea trials.

After the end of the first summer season with the 610, the ride is awesome and the power steering is a dream, but my favourite thing is the drum anchor winch. Changing dive sites and reversing on anchor to drop passengers on the beach is super easy. The voyager tandem trailer makes loading and unloading easier than my previous 5 metre boat.
