Shipping & Delivery

Most products on our website are in stock, however some items, such as our clip-on range, are made to order. These made to order items will be produced as required, so may take as long as 5 business days to ship from HQ. Your product will be shipped by courier as soon as practicable. If required, we will send a tracking number. Please email accounts@surteesboats.com for tracking details. Please note that any dates given for delivery are the best estimate and are given in good faith but are not to be treated as a condition of the sale. No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.
